What is Neuara?
Neuara is a health-tech nutrition platform that connects individuals and families with certified nutritionists and verified nutri chefs. Our chefs visit your home and cook fresh, healthy meals in your own kitchen — personalized to your health goals and dietary preferences.
What is Neuara HealthPass?
HealthPass is Neuara's subscription membership program. It unlocks access to chef home-cooking services, personalized nutrition plans (Essential and Care), health tracking, and priority bookings. Chef cooking is available exclusively to active HealthPass subscribers.
Is Neuara available in my city?
Neuara is expanding rapidly across India. Service availability depends on verified chef coverage in your area. New cities and localities are added regularly. You can check availability by entering your location during signup or contacting us at admin@neuara.com.
How is Neuara different from food delivery apps?
Unlike food delivery platforms, Neuara chefs come directly to your home and cook meals fresh in your kitchen — using your own utensils and space. There's no delivery time, no packaging waste, and no reheated food. You get personalized, freshly prepared meals aligned with your nutrition plan.

What is the difference between Essential and Care plans?
Neuara Essential is a structured nutrition program where a personalized diet plan is created at the start of your subscription and followed for the full duration — without ongoing monitoring. Neuara Care is an adaptive program where diet plans are updated every two weeks based on your progress, with continuous health tracking including weight, measurements, and adherence monitoring.
Which plan is right for me?
If you have a clear health goal and prefer following a fixed plan without frequent updates, Essential is a great fit. If you want adaptive guidance, real-time progress tracking, and plan adjustments based on your results — especially for managing conditions like diabetes, thyroid, or PCOS — Neuara Care is recommended.
Can the plan cover multiple family members?
Yes. Both Neuara Essential and Neuara Care provide personalized diet plans for every individual family member enrolled under the subscription. Chef cooking plans also support 1 to 4 family members, with pricing tiered accordingly.
What lifestyle conditions does Neuara support?
Neuara supports management of a wide range of lifestyle disorders and health goals including: Weight Loss, Muscle Building, Diabetes, Thyroid Conditions, PCOS, and General Wellness. Care plan users also receive ongoing progress monitoring for improved health outcomes.
Chef Home Cooking Service
What meals can the chef prepare?
Depending on your selected plan, Neuara chefs can prepare Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or combo plans (Breakfast + Lunch, or Lunch + Dinner). All meals are prepared fresh in your kitchen according to your nutritionist-approved meal plan and taste preferences.
Do I need to provide ingredients?
In most cases, customers provide ingredients and basic kitchen equipment (stove, utensils, cookware). The chef brings their expertise, hygiene standards, and cooking skill. Specific ingredient requirements will be discussed with your chef before the session.
How many people can the chef cook for?
Chef home cooking plans are available for 1, 2, 3, or 4 family members. Pricing is tiered based on the number of members. For households larger than 4, please contact us for customized arrangements.
Are Neuara chefs verified?
Yes. Every Neuara chef goes through a thorough onboarding process that includes identity verification, cooking skill assessment, food hygiene training, and professional conduct review. Chefs must meet our quality and safety standards before being listed on the platform.
Can I customize the menu or request specific dishes?
Yes. You can discuss your taste preferences, dietary restrictions, and favorite dishes with your assigned chef. All menus are prepared in alignment with your nutritionist-approved meal plan while accommodating personal preferences wherever possible.
How should I prepare my kitchen for the chef's visit?
Ensure the kitchen space is clean and accessible, cooking utensils and appliances are in working order, and the required ingredients are ready before the scheduled visit time. Your chef will take care of cooking, portioning, and cleaning up after the session.
Bookings & Scheduling
How do I book a chef visit?
Once you're a HealthPass member, you can book chef visits through the Neuara platform. Choose your preferred date, time, and meal plan. You'll receive a confirmation along with your assigned chef's details.
Can I reschedule a chef visit?
Yes. Chef visits can be rescheduled within the allowed time window defined by your plan. We recommend rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid partial charges or missed session policies.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
Cancellations made within the allowed window are processed without charges. Late cancellations may result in a partial fee or loss of the session credit. Please review your plan's cancellation policy for specific timelines.
Payments & Billing
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on three factors: the meal plan type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Combo), the number of family members included, and your HealthPass subscription tier. Full pricing details are available on the Pricing page.
What payment methods are accepted?
Neuara accepts payments through approved digital payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Cash payments are not accepted.
Will prices change during my subscription?
Neuara strives to maintain price stability. However, prices may be updated from time to time. Active HealthPass members will be notified in advance of any pricing changes that affect their current plan.

How do I contact Neuara support?
You can reach our support team at admin@neuara.com. We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days. For urgent issues regarding active chef visits, please mention "Urgent" in your subject line.
What if I have a complaint about my chef or service?
We take service quality very seriously. If you experience any issue with your chef or a specific visit, please report it to admin@neuara.com with your booking details. All complaints are reviewed and resolved in accordance with our service standards.
