What payment methods are accepted?
Neuara accepts payments through approved digital payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Cash payments are not accepted.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on three factors: the meal plan type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Combo), the number of family members included, and your HealthPass subscription tier. Full pricing details are available on the Pricing page.
Will prices change during my subscription?
Neuara strives to maintain price stability. However, prices may be updated from time to time. Active HealthPass members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes that affect their current plan.
How do I get an invoice or billing receipt?
Billing receipts are automatically sent to your registered email address after each payment. You can also download invoices at any time from the Billing section in the Neuara app. For GST invoices or business billing, contact admin@neuara.com.
